Client Profile: Department of Tourism Ho Chi Minh City is mandated to encourage, promote, and develop tourism as a major socio-economic activity to generate foreign currency and local employment and to spread the benefits of tourism to a wider segment of the population with the support, assistance, and cooperation of both the private and public sectors.

Platform: MERN (MySQL, Express, React JS, NodeJs)
Client Country: Spain
Objective: To develop a bespoke CMS that automatically connects to a real estate management SAAS solution. The application needs to allow real estate agents with no technical knowledge to setup a secured website, without the agent needing to worry about technicalities like a web host. It must be flexible enough for 1,000s of companies to use the templates, but still create a unique website for each agency. It must be able to support millions of API requests a day.
Client Profile: Resales-Online is a software development company established in 2004 to provide a cloud-based real estate management solution and MLS network for real-estate agents to share properties, clients and commissions, as well as manage the day to day activities of their agency.
Project Detail: The custom CMS solution centers around a wizard- based website builder. Easy to follow and quick to complete, the website builder is flexible enough to support real estate agencies specialising in a range of different services in 15 different languages.
The solution was built as multiple containerised applications to work as one platform, ensuring it can be scaled as the traffic load increases, while caching systems limit the load on the API’s.
The platform simplifies and automates the process of launching a real estate website and adding SEO property search results to over 100,000 properties.

Client Country: Hong Kong
Objective: To develop a SAAS solution for the distribution of weekly literary episodes – think Netflix for Books. Besides the user-facing functionality, the solution also requires an infrastructure to track sales and manage marketing activities such as affiliate tracking, referral programs, content management and lead nurturing.
Client Profile: LVH is a digital publishing house focusing on serial (episode-based) stories, specifically targeted at an audience of young, professional females.
Project Detail: We developed the entire platform using Laravel, a PHP framework, with the infrastructure for the subscriber area using PWA (Progressive Web App) technologies, giving a native (mobile/ desktop) app experience in any browser.
We further developed security measures for users to select and bookmark favourite quotes, while at the same time blocking readers from copying text, screenshotting or even seeing the text in the HTML code to solve challenges around copyrighting.
While we have not been involved since handing over the solution to the LVH internal IT team, the clear and easy to follow framework that the application was built in, means the application continues to seamlessly support the business needs of LVH.

Client Profile: REGNA is a premium performance wear brand focused on supplying logoed, customized sportswear to triathlon athletes.
Project Detail: Upgrade the UI/UX of the existing flutter application and Magento 2 website. Include a user onboarding flow to get users to the action they want to take quicker. Develop anonymous user feature to allow users access account based features like body sizing.
Upgrade dependencies and plugins and resolve deprecated logic from historic dependencies.
Resolve performance issues with the API impacting on both the app and website.

Client Profile: Infocus Mekong Research (IFM) is a market research company that works with the major brands in Vietnam to conduct surveys across the country through hundreds of channels.
Project Detail: IFM needed a system that could collate all of the responses, monitor the performance of all of the channels and allow their team to create dynamic drill down reports on the responses, performance and expenses.
We developed a cloud software solution that manages the distribution of all of the surveys and responses through web API’s, and developed tracking technologies to identify survey panelists even in private browsing mode, so that we could aggregate first party data on each panelist and deliver on the large scale dynamic reporting requirements.
The application tracks hundreds of data points to support the ongoing operations of the client.

Objective: To develop a bespoke CMS that manages a front end flash card learning application that uses different learning.
Client Profile: MyEnglishCourse.es works with large retailers to support professional language training.
Project Detail: The project was to develop the front-end application that is powered by a custom CMS and an education API (teachables.com).
We designed the application with a flashcard style interface with different types of challenges, from basic flashcard with support for text, images and sounds for revision to quizzes, sentence builders and multiple choice questions.
The application was developed as a PWA (progressive web application) to minimise maintenance fees and remove the obstacle of downloading the app for users.
The courses are managed through a third party API and the course content is managed through a custom CMS built specifically for the app. The CMS allows MyEnglishCourse.es admins to manage existing course content and upload new courses as well as tracking student progress.

Objective: A marketing platform that builds a profile of the user and delivers a personalised video playlist of the brands video content.
Client Profile: 5 Cognita schools in Vietnam and Thailand have adopted this low-cost, innovative solution.
Project Detail: The Seen application allows users to setup multiple landing pages and use forms to identify a customers interests. The system then delivers a playlist of videos, using content delivery networks (CDNs) and adaptive bitrate technology to deliver videos lightning fast, even for users with slow internet speeds.
Video playlists can be configured to include interactive elements, call to action buttons, and (automated) chat solutions to directly engage the viewers. For ISHCMC, the application has reduced the cost per lead by 70% compared to lead costs on other landing pages, and Virtual Tours have since been rolled out across 4 more schools.
The admin area captures all lead activity and interests improving opportunities for retargeting and giving marketing teams further insights on the behaviours and interests of their leads. From the admin area Seen users can create product/audience specific landing pages, organise the videos related to a landing page, create email templates, and link leads to other CRM and CDP applications.
