From its beginnings as a novelty app, Shutta has developed into a fast-growing digital transformation company with global reach. Through our own brands and partnerships, we deliver a full suite of digital transformation services, strategies and IT solutions and operate a suite of in-house mobile and web apps.

2015
Shutta App Launch at TechCrunch NY ’15
Shutta’s award winning product team first came together on the Shutta App project, back in 2014. Having garnered interest as an MVP, the innovative photo-from-video app was launched on May 4th, 2015 at TechCrunch New York. May the Fourth be with us always.

2016
Shutta Limited HK & VN
By early 2016, Shutta had established a registered holding company in Hong Kong (Shutta Limited) and a software development subsidiary in Vietnam (Shutta Vietnam). The Shutta App quickly became a popular social platform, mainly fans of action photography.

2018
From app to digital transformation company
By late 2017, the unheard-of engagement rates of Shutta Missions and the recognition and visibility that the Shutta brand achieved, led to RFQs for wider digital transformation services. The time to separate our services into different brands had arrived.

2020
Launch of SEEN & S.I.M.B.A.
The pandemic saw us return to our video origins with the launch of SEEN – an Interactive Video Marketing Suite that delivers personalised experiences online. Shortly after S.I.M.B.A., our Integrated Marketing & Business Analytics solution, was launched.
